How do I get to the hotel?
There are a few ways to get to Fraser Place Shekou Shenzhen. A car ride from Baoan airport takes approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
The nearest subway; Sea world subway is located 5 minutes away and a 5 minutes car ride from Shekou ferry terminal.
Do you provide an internet access?
Complimentary cabled and wifi access is available throughout the property
Where can we eat?
An all-day dining restaurant is located in the property. There are Chinese and Western resturants located 5 minutes away from our property, simply check with our Client relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.

When is the check-in time?
The check-in time is 14:00.
When is the check-out time?
The check out time is 12:00. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 10:00 at our all-day dining restaurant on weekdays, and 07:00 -10:30 on weekends and public holidays.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with in-room washer and dryer. In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.
Do you have fitness facilities?
Yes, a 24/7 fully equipped Gym is available within the property.
Where can I go for shopping?
A complimentary scheduled shuttle bus is available to Jusco, Costal city,Wal-mart and Sam's club.
Which type of beds do you have?
King, Queen and Twin sized beds are available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellation of reservation, notice must be given 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival date to avoid any applicable charges.

The Bank of China is located next to Sea World, a 5 minutes walking distance away.
Do you provide newspapers?
Yes, complimentary newspapers such as South China Morning Post and Asahi Sinbun (Japanese) is provided in the hub and library.

Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
1 Bedroom Studio, Deluxe, Premier: 2 guests
2 Bedroom Deluxe, Premier: 4 guest
